Originally from central Illinois, I moved to Teton Valley in 2014. My plates are inspired by mountain culture, and fresh local ingredients. I am driven by my lifelong love of food. I strive to provide a one of a kind dining experience for any occasion. I am well versed in many styles of cooking, and happy to prepare meals of any unique style or dietary restriction.

Chef Marlee Marie
I’d love to show you how food can transform your life.
I grew up in central Pennsylvania, and started cooking with my mom and grandma since I was old enough to hold a spoon. In 2009 I attended Pennsylvania College of Technology. I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts & Systems Management and an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastries.
Since 2012 I have worked for several restaurants and catering outfits on both the east and west coast. I moved to Jackson Wyoming in the spring of 2017, and immediately fell in love with the beautiful scenery and mountain lifestyle.
My dishes are most inspired by fresh local ingredients and the creativity of my peers.

We were lucky enough to have Dylan cater the dinner at our wedding. Dylan amazed me with the careful preparation before the event. He worked late hours and came in early to make sure that everything was perfect. Our dinner was luxurious and beautiful. The food was outstanding and such a treat. Everything was timed perfectly and went smooth as silk. I honestly think that having him as the chef for our event made the day even better than it already was.
Chef Marlee catered my 50th anniversary dinner. The food was out of this world, and Marlee was sweet as could be. The Fig and Kale salad with fresh pomegranate was to die for.
I can't recommend him highly enough. Not only is his food delicious, he is a cool guy! It was fun to have him as part of the event. I would absolutely hire him again for any future events that I have. He is creative with menu ideas and options and tailors it to fit each situation in an inventive way. Dylan is awesome and his creations are out of this world.
